What is Better Life KiDS?

At Better Life KiDS, we create fun, safe and age-appropriate environments where kids learn about Jesus on their level!

As little ones enter our Nursery, they experience God's love through the excellent care our Trained and Background-Checked Team Members provide! As they grow physically, we foster their Spiritual growth through Bible Stories, worship, and fun activities to help them learn God's Word. Ultimately, we pray for your kids to develop a faith of their own as they continue to learn in our Elementary environments. It's our joy to partner with you every step of the way to help your child take next steps to follow Jesus!

Your First Visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Better Life Kids for the first time:

First, find the area for first-time families, marked “Start Here.” There we will meet your family, gather some important information (like your contact number and your child’s allergies), check your child into our system, and then guide your family to your child’s classroom.

What We Value

Your child is our passion! We strive to do everything with excellence while they are in our care! That’s why we value these three things above all else:
Keeping your child safe is our number one priority. All Team Members have undergone a Background Check and have been trained in best practices for working with young children. Our Kids’ spaces are sanitized prior to every service. Each child’s hands are sanitized upon entering the classrooms to cut down on illnesses, and protect those with severe food allergies! You’ll also notice, we have a Security Team Member present in the Kids Area at all times!
A child learns best when he/she is having fun! That’s why we creatively present the Bible story every week. Sometimes this means puppets and silly songs in our preschool environments, or interactive video teaching, live worship, and fun games in our elementary environments! The bottom line, we want your kids to be EXCITED to come to church and learn about Jesus!
Kids don’t care how much we know until they know how much we care. It’s our goal to get to know your child so they can experience God’s love through our love. You’ll see lots of side hugs and high-fives in our Kids’ spaces… and don’t be surprised if we know the name of your child’s pet goldfish or favorite teddy bear! It’s our joy to love on your kiddos each and every week!

How Check-In Works

Before Service: Once we have your family’s information in our database, you can check-in your child at any available iPad. Enter in the last 4-digits of your phone number to find your family. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the Parent Pick-up tag.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text your mobile phone. Please keep it on silent and vibrate so you will be alerted. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and head to the Better Life Kids hallway, where a Team Member will be waiting for you.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your Parent Pick-up tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

Mom’s Room

At Better Life Church, we offer safe and loving childcare during the service for infants. But we also have a Mom’s Room that is reserved exclusively for mothers with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment. In the Mom’s room, you can feed and change your baby, all while watching the service from a live stream so you never miss a beat!

The Ride Home

We encourage parents to keep the conversation going on the way home. Ask your child: Did you have fun? What did you learn today? We hope your child has positive answers for both of these questions each and every Sunday!
